My name is Therese Walsh and I am a senior Strategy and Change Management professional who is passionate about people and process development.

Leveraging proven Change Management and Lean methodologies and my own Leadership experiences, I help Leaders achieve company alignment and buy-in to change to ensure they deliver successful business results. I combine interactive training sessions and workshops with applied learning and on-the-job coaching and development.

In my spare time I like to travel the world and have shared rivers with crocodiles, thunderstorms with monkeys and walked with rhinos! I love to hike, walk and run but am also a massive foodie and nothings beats a nice meal out with precious family and friends.

With all of the invaluable internal resources you have and considering all of the external expertise out in the market,
why should you choose me?

My engagements are built on 20+ years of life lessons firstly as an employee, then as a manager and finally as a leader of operations. You can’t rush experience & I learnt so many valuable lessons during this time.

I fundamentally believe that involving people & empowering them to deliver the end result is critical to sustainable change and all of my engagements are designed to achieve this.

I believe I build trust easily and quickly with my clients by:

  • Creating an open, safe and inclusive environment where people have the head space to reflect and discuss their concerns and challenges.

  • Wanting success as much as my Clients do – it is really important to me that people enjoy their work.

  • Injecting a little bit of fun and trying not to take myself too seriously.
